We are delighted to welcome Davide Alessandro as the new Site Manager for cross-ING South. With his enthusiasm for technical excellence and his entrepreneurial vision, Davide brings a breath of fresh air to the Italian part of Switzerland.

Why cross-ING?

For Davide, the decision to join cross-ING was clear: ‘The vision of creating a differentiated and complementary range of high-quality technical services convinced me immediately,’ he explains. He is particularly inspired by the enormous development potential of the region and the opportunity to work as an entrepreneur within a structured framework. With a clearly defined development programme, cross-ING offers ideal conditions for combining innovation with personal responsibility.

The Family-LAB as an innovative concept

A central project at the southern site is the Family-LAB - a platform that integrates highly qualified employees from northern Italy in a supportive environment close to the border. This innovative model creates synergies between the expertise of cross-ING and the specific requirements of regional companies. Davide sees great potential here: ‘Our goal is to solve not only technical, but also organisational and administrative challenges and thus strengthen companies along the entire value chain.’

Goals for the future

Davide's focus is on further establishing cross-ING Süd as a leading partner for engineering services. He finds the opportunities in the field of artificial intelligence particularly exciting. ‘We want to support companies with customised solutions and increase their competitiveness through technology,’ Davide emphasises. With this approach, he is providing long-term impetus for innovation and growth in the region.

We are looking forward to the upcoming projects and initiatives under Davide Alessandro's leadership. Together with his team, he will continue to strengthen the position of cross-ING Süd and actively shape the development of the region.
